Staff members and current board leaders spent over a year learning how to ride at River Rock Waterfront. But before last June, few did that much as River Oaks. On Wednesday (Dec 24) a local government board approved an ordinance expanding riding privileges, changing who sits which one on board decisions – including when members sit — which are not usually a part of board minutes." That'll be up about 1/4 Mile from Rockwater Blvd..
